Kay Davault is an illustrator and comic artist who spends her time creating stories about cute characters in vibrant worlds, which may or may not contain a monster or two.

Her books have been a featured on the Indie Next list, the Indies Introduce list, ALA’s Round Table for Graphic Novels for Kids list, the Indie Bestsellers list, as well as the Junior Library Guild’s Gold Standard selection.

Q: Will Star Knights have a sequel?

A: Unfortunately Star Knights will not, but feel free to continue Tad’s story in your own imagination, or create your own Star Knights!

Q: Will Oddity Woods have a sequel?

A: Yes! Oddity Woods will be a trilogy, with the second one scheduled for around 2027.

Q: How can I send fan art/mail?

A: While I can’t receive physical mail, you can send fan art to kaydmailbox@gmail.com ! I’d love to see it!

Q: Do you do school visits?

A: I do, please send me a message below for details. I’m also available for digital visits. I do require an honorarium or minimum book purchase, but I’m willing to work with lower income schools/libraries on this!
